Urgent Hiring: Testing Manager Location :- QATAR Expr:- 15-18yrs Max Budget upto 16k AED PM Required Skillset:- Oracle Cloud ERP Functional testing SCM, Oracle EBS - Finance, Oracle EBS - SCM, Workday HCM, Workday Procurement. The Test Manager will act as the program’s central testing SPOC and lead the end-to-end testing lifecycle across multiple releases and workstreams. Key responsibilities will include: • Establishing and governing integrated test plans across SIT, UAT, regression, performance, security, operational acceptance, payroll reconciliation, and Oracle quarterly release testing. • Coordinating business, IT, implementation-partner, internal application, and third-party integration teams. • Managing test readiness, environments, data, test scripts, requirements traceability, execution, defect triage, entry/exit criteria, evidence, reporting, quality gates, and phase signoffs. • Driving risk-based testing, business-critical end-to-end scenarios, test automation, metrics, executive reporting, and release-readiness decisions. • Ensuring consistent testing governance across Oracle Cloud applications, custom solutions, interfaces, reports, and integrated systems. The preferred candidate should have strong experience managing testing for large, complex Oracle Cloud implementation programs, ideally covering Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, Procurement, SCM, Payroll, EPM, Retail, WMS/OTM, OIC/PaaS integrations, and third-party applications. Experience with enterprise test-management tools, Tricentis Tosca or comparable automation platforms, senior stakeholder management, and multi-vendor delivery is highly desirable. Oracle guidance similarly emphasizes cross-functional implementation leadership and liaison across the customer, implementation partner, support, and engineering teams, while its testing methodology highlights risk-based coverage, early defect detection, requirements traceability, and disciplined test governance.
