Urgent Hiring – Oracle Utilities C2M Techno-Functional Consultant / Architect Location: Qatar Experience: 15–20 Years We are hiring an experienced Oracle Utilities C2M Techno-Functional Consultant / Architect for a leading utilities project in Qatar. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle Utilities solutions. Gather business requirements and provide sustainable functional and technical solutions. Review and approve High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), configurations, custom developments, and unit test cases. Analyze production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions. Identify automation opportunities and system improvements to reduce L2/L3 support tickets and enhance customer experience. Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project management throughout the project lifecycle. Mentor and guide development, testing, and support teams. Mandatory Experience 15–20 years of experience as an Oracle Utilities Techno-Functional Consultant. Multiple end-to-end implementations and support experience in: Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) Oracle Meter Data Management (MDM) Oracle Customer to Meter (C2M) Experience in Utility domains including: Power, Water, Gas, Required Functional Expertise, Oracle CC&B / C2M Strong hands-on experience with: Rates, Billing, Payments, Meter Reading, Meter Management, Credit & Collections, Case Management, New Connections, Oracle MDM Strong experience with: Scalar & Interval Data, Device Management, Measuring Components, Usage Management, Usage Subscription, Time-of-Use (TOU), Initial Measurement Data (IMD), VEE Rules, Events & Alarms, Commands, Remote Connect / Remote Disconnect, Device Communication XML Formats Technical Skills Strong expertise in Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) development and deployments. Experience reviewing architecture, customizations, and technical designs. Strong troubleshooting and production support capabilities. Certification (Mandatory) Candidates should possess one of the following Oracle certifications: Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter (C2M), or Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CC&B), or Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management (MDM) Share CVs at [email protected]
