Nair Systems is currently looking Senior Network Administrator our Qatar operations. Education : • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is typically required. Experience : 5 to 10 years or more. • NAC and Firewall Exposure are Required, Should be good with Avanti Pulse Secure Or Aruba Clear Pass. Networking Certifications: • Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) • Certifications like CompTIA Network+ and CompTIA Security+ can also be valuable for foundational knowledge. Security Certifications: Security-focused certifications • Certifications like Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) are highly regarded. should have several years of experience in Banking network environment and security roles before advancing to a senior position. Technical Skills: • In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, technologies, and architectures is essential. • Proficiency in configuring and managing network devices and firewalls. • Familiarity with intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS) and VPN technologies. • Knowledge of network security best practices, including threat detection and mitigation. • Experience with network monitoring and management tools. Soft Skills: • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex network and security issues. • Effective communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. • Leadership and team collaboration skills, as senior roles often involve mentoring junior staff and leading projects.
