Nair Systems is currently looking for Sales Coverage and Coverage Model - Business Analyst for our Qatar operations Education & Experience Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related discipline. - Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Banking, Business Analysis, Strategy, Transformation, Coverage, or Operating Model initiatives, preferably within a leading regional or international financial institution. - Experience in business requirements gathering, process mapping, operating model design, and stakeholder management. - Exposure to Corporate Banking, Institutional Banking, Transaction Banking, or Coverage environments is preferred. - Relevant certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile Business Analysis, Scrum, or Lean Six Sigma would be advantageous. Required Special Skills: - Excellent oral and written communication skills (including report writing) in English. - Good interpersonal and presentation skills. - Understanding of the relevant laws, regulations, and practices. - Ability to make decisions and follow through with initiatives. - Personal integrity and self-management. - Planning, organising, and analytical ability. - Results oriented. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of management. - Strong business analysis skills including requirements gathering (BRS/BRDs), process mapping, user stories, operating model documentation, user story development, and stakeholder management. - Strong understanding of banking products, coverage models, client management frameworks, and wholesale banking data flows and architecture. - Proficiency in business analysis and collaboration tools such as Planview, JIRA, Visio, Figma, Microsoft Office Suite, and data visualization/reporting platforms.
