DIPLOMA OF ASSOCIATE ENGINEERING IN CIVIL GOVERNMENT COLLAGE OF TECHNOLOGY (GCT) KOHAT CAPABILITIES AND SKILLS:  Ability of managing and controlling the activities in more than one project, from mobilization until handing over (Quality, on Time)  Supervision/execution, checking and ensuring that the construction is as per the final issued for construction drawings and project specifications Organization of work and duties and coordination with all departments (Planning & Cost control, Procurement & Contracts, Engineering, HR & Personnel, QA/QC & Safety) to prepare and complete the following deliverables: Conversant with architectural and structural drawings Proper management of materials and workmanship Contracts with Subcontractors and Suppliers Assist QA/QC Manager in conducting internal quality audits. Coordinate all inspections; monitor the required tests and record inspections and tests made pass the Contract Plan and Contract Specifications. Prepare and review to Method of Statements. Technical Submittals of: Sub-contractors & Suppliers, Materials, Shop Drawings. Conducting weekly and monthly Progress Reports from site. Prepare BBS for the structural elements. Preparing IPC of Done works as per site or approved shop drawing. Maintaining good relationship with client, consultant and sub-contractors Coordination all activities related to project.
